Voruta – Lithuanian Garden Wine

“Voruta” is the most well-known natural wine brand in Lithuania, founded by Balys Karazija in 1926. While the brand is celebrating its 100-year anniversary, thanks to MV Group we had the pleasure to contribute to its evolution both visually and strategically.

The brand is inspired by Lithuania’s deep-rooted tradition of garden keeping. The garden is a fascinating and significant part of Lithuania’s history and an integral aspect of the Lithuanian mentality, and in this case it became a crucial inspiration for the brand. Berries and fruits define this brand’s uniqueness – capturing the true essence of the Lithuanian garden. Produced in Anykščiai, a region known for its natural beauty and winemaking heritage, “Voruta” is celebrating Lithuanian craftsmanship and building a legacy of expertise.

“Voruta is loved not only for its authentic Lithuanian fruits and berries, but for the feeling it creates. It is a warm, familiar brand that brings people together — family, friends and shared moments. Our goal was to ensure that its positioning and visual language reflect this promise of naturalness and togetherness” - MV Group.

DISPLAY INSPIRATION

The aesthetics of “Voruta” exhibition stands are inspired by a garden environment with modern accents. From traditional homesteads (‘sodyba’) to communal gardens (‘kolektyviniai sodai’) and backyard gardens, it is an inseparable part of the Lithuanian worldview. The highlight of the display stand is the shape of a greenhouse – an important symbol of Lithuanian garden growth.
